For me, sunsets are one of the most challenging subjects to capture in a photograph. The light through the viewfinder can be blinding. Colors are spectacular and often difficult to reproduce.

My goal is to try to capture in the picture the beauty of the scene just as I saw. I get a lot of practice. Fortunately, Lake Erie sunsets are nearby and are often vibrant and beautiful.
